About Us

Innovative Entrepreneurs South Africa exists to make entrepreneurship more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable for underrepresented groups.

Vision

We work across townships, rural communities, cities, and regional ecosystems to empower youth, women, and persons with disabilities to build businesses that are not only viable—but scalable, visible, and globally connected.

We believe that inclusive entrepreneurship in South Africa is the key to solving some of the country's most pressing economic challenges, from unemployment to inequality.

Two women are seated in wheelchairs on a stage. On the left, a woman with dark hair and glasses speaks into a microphone, holding notes. On the right, another woman in a black off-the-shoulder top and black pants listens intently. Behind them, a banner with green and blue elements is partially visible. The scene suggests a panel discussion or presentation focusing on accessibility and inclusion. Mission

Our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and every program we run—from training hubs to export seminars—serves this purpose.

What We Do

We design and deliver high-impact programs that promote:

  • Youth entrepreneurship development

  • Women-owned business support in South Africa

  • SMME development in townships and rural areas

  • Disability inclusion in business and leadership

  • Access to market opportunities across Africa and the UK

  • Circular economy and sustainability innovation

  • International trade readiness for local brands

Whether through Country Focus Seminars, training hubs, or our Africa Strategy, we ensure that inclusive entrepreneurs have real access to the skills, networks, and partnerships that can scale their vision.

It features intricate netting or criss-cross patterns made from small beads in colors of red, yellow, green, and black, radiating outwards from a central neck opening. • Collaboration: Our strength lies in the diverse partnerships we build across sectors and countries.

  • Innovation: From AI in recycling to blockchain for trade transparency, we promote technological advancement that supports inclusive growth.
