With 23 years of experience in business development, trade facilitation, and cross-sector collaboration, she also serves on the Executive Committee of the SA Chamber UK, promoting trade between the UK and South Africa. Bobo Senosi, Director International-RSA, Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC)

Mr. Bobo Senosi brings over 24 years of experience in trade and investment. After the merger of BEDIA and IFSC into the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre, he served as Director International – RSA from 2013 to 2014, where he played a key role in attracting major investors such as Virgin Active and Delta Automotive Technologies into Botswana.

In 2020, he returned for a second term as Director International – RSA, where he continues to lead efforts to attract and redirect investments bound for sub-Saharan Africa into Botswana.

Jan Stiglingh is a leading agricultural entrepreneur from Botswana’s Tuli Block, where he and his wife run Lucerne Fields Farm — the country’s top supplier of carrots and beetroot under the B-Fresh brand. He is also a prominent cattle farmer, chairperson of the Tuli Block Farmers’ Association, a board member of SPEDU, and President of the Cattle Breeders’ Society of Southern Africa.

Edgar Adams, Chief Executive Officer, MediGrow ZA

Edgar Adams is the CEO of Medigrow South Africa and a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 36 years as an entrepreneur and investor. He brings extensive experience in medical waste management and the medicinal cannabis industry, having previously chaired Solid Waste Technologies SA, which was acquired by a global firm. Under his leadership, Medigrow is driving sustainable cannabis production with a R1 billion investment in the Coega Special Economic Zone, creating thousands of jobs and empowering small-scale farmers. Moses Tshetlhane, Ministry of Minerals and Energy, Botswana

Mr. Moses Tshetlhane is the Director of the Mineral Affairs Division at Botswana’s Ministry of Minerals and Energy. A seasoned mineral economist with 26 years in public service—17 of them in the Ministry—he has led major negotiations with global mining companies and overseen feasibility assessments for key investment projects. Since November 2023, he has been responsible for minerals policy, legislative review, and investment promotion. Moses holds degrees from the University of Botswana and Curtin University in Australia.
